Off-peak (10:00-11:30, 15:00-17:00) you can often do T2 in 45 minutes door-to-gate — but never bet a flight on it.
From the city center: taxi/private transfer 25-35 min, Aerobús 35 min, metro L9 Sud 32 min. In morning rush (8-9:30) add 15-20 minutes. A pre-booked private transfer removes the "will I make it" variable — fixed pickup time, terminal drop-off at your door.
Everything above is about departures. For arrivals, the stress is different: immigration at T1 averages ~37 minutes for non-EU passport holders, and baggage reclaim can add 20-40 minutes more.
